One more step to go
I picked up Miriam’s visa paperwork today from the US
Embassy and now the packet is on its way to DGM (Congolese Immigration) to get
an exit letter – the final step needed to bring her home. We are hearing a variety of different
estimates of amount of time it takes to get the exit letter – from 3 days to a
week. It at least looks like we have a
good shot of making our flight next Friday.
